A leading manufacturer in domestic appliances seeks a Demand Planner to join their team in Datchet. In this role, you'll collaborate with Sales and Supply Chain teams to enhance forecasting and inventory management. The ideal candidate should have demand planning experience, strong analytical capabilities, and excellent communication skills. As a Demand Planner, you'll work closely with our Demand Manager, playing a key role in supporting our growth and adapting to the evolving world of online sales. In this role, you can expect to be at the forefront of forecasting, working closely with our Sales, Marketing, and Supply Chain teams to drive data‑informed decisions.
This role is perfect for someone who brings a wealth of Demand Planning experience, supporting the Demand Manager in optimising our inventory levels, enabling us to respond swiftly to market shifts and drive continuous improvements.

Working Monday to Friday. Hybrid working, 3 days in the office and 2 days from home. Tuesday and Wednesday are our core days for cross‑collaboration.
