Our client is recruiting for an experienced Clinical Negligence Lawyer to lead their North West team, based in either their Manchester, Liverpool, or Southport office. As a Clinical Negligence Team Leader, you will:

1. Lead, develop and support a talented team of legal professionals.
2. Oversee case progression, ensuring exceptional legal service and client care.
3. Set and achieve performance targets, driving both team and individual success.
4. Provide expert guidance on complex Clinical Negligence matters.
5. Implement departmental strategies to improve efficiency and results.
