Location: London or Madrid - Hybrid (Very flexible)

I am partnered with a leading fund to find a Commercial Asset Manager for a 10-month maternity cover FTC. The role involves managing revenues, regulatory compliance, and contracts for a portfolio in the US.

Experience in commercial or contractual management with expertise in PPAs and renewable revenue management is highly desirable. While focusing on US assets, the role also supports assets across Europe.

Job Description:

1. Oversee the monthly revenue accruals process and investigate discrepancies.
2. Ensure solar plant compliance with contractual requirements, including drafting and issuing formal notices, and resolving non-compliance issues.
3. Support the resolution of complex contractual disputes.
4. Handle project company contract renewals and tendering.
5. Manage regulatory compliance requirements and data submissions in coordination with advisors.
6. Collaborate with the Finance team to prepare project revenue budgets and forecasts, and develop asset operating budgets.
7. Coordinate with the finance team on budget management, validating costs, revenues, income, and expenses.
8. Manage insurance renewals and claims.
9. Oversee property agreements, such as land leases, and maintain relationships with landowners.
10. Support Environmental and Social Governance (ESG) compliance.
11. Facilitate the onboarding process for new sites, ensuring smooth transitions and accurate contract management.
12. Contribute to annual Asset Operating Plans with relevant contract management information and reviews.
13. Report to clients and stakeholders as needed.
