About the role:
They are looking for a skilled Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the financial aspects of our demolition projects, from pre-construction through to completion. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget while maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.

About the responsibilities:

  1. Cost Management: Prepare, monitor, and control project budgets, ensuring accurate forecasting and reporting of costs.
  2. Tendering and Contracts: Lead the preparation of tender documents, conduct evaluations, and negotiate contracts with clients and subcontractors.
  3. Measurement and Valuation: Conduct site measurements and prepare accurate valuations of work completed, including variations and claims.
  4. Risk Assessment: Identify potential risks and implement strategies to mitigate financial impacts throughout the project lifecycle.
  5. Client Liaison: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring effective communication regarding project progress and financial status.
  6. Team Leadership: Mentor and support junior quantity surveyors, providing guidance on best practices in quantity surveying and contract management.
  7. Compliance: Ensure adherence to relevant industry standards, regulations, and company policies.

About the requirements:
