Senior Quantity Surveyor

Interim Senior Quantity Surveyor – London / South (Remote Working*)

Trevett Services are delighted to be partnering with an established Maintenance Service Provider to source an Interim Senior Quantity Surveyor. This is a remote working role* covering projects across London and the South of England.

Main Responsibilities:

1. Preparation of pre-tender estimates / cost planning.
2. Taking a lead role in interfacing with the client and other consultants Pre & Post tender.
3. Compilation of tender packs including managing queries from tendering contractors.
4. Review of tender returns and cost alignment ensuring compliance with tender documentation including preparation of contract recommendation reports.
5. Carry out take offs and site measurement for material procurement and final accounts.
6. Check and approval of all MTC pre-measures and final accounts.

About you:

1. You will hold a Degree in Quantity Surveying (or equivalent experience).
2. Have previously held a Senior QS position with either an M&E Service Provider or Contractor.
3. Have experience of JCT, NEC3 and ideally NEC4 forms of contract.
4. Be proficient in the full Microsoft Office package.
5. My client is looking for a well organised and self-starting Senior QS with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

*although a remote working role, you may need to travel to a regional HQ one day per month
