Within the Europe Marketing Department, you will join the Performance Marketing team, responsible for developing Sephora's performance marketing strategy and supporting the acceleration of e-commerce. In a context of significant digital transformation and ongoing innovation, SEO plays a strategic role in driving organic growth and strengthening overall performance.

• Lead a team of experts
• Manage local expert teams on best practices implementation
• Define priorities on technical and content with agency support

• Define the technical SEO and GEO roadmap, working closely with all teams
• Identification of bugs and technical optimization
• Creation of tickets and follow ups on technical projects with IT & Digital teams
• Ensure the implementation of SEO guidelines on all Digital & Technical projects

• Creation of recommendation to support Sephora's animations and key commercial periods
• Support & guide local SEO teams in finding relevant content to create
• Boost local SEO to increase stores' visibility
• Ensure synergy between Paid Media & SEO

• Regular training of product, project and technical teams
• Animation of our community of Traffic managers on content SEO challenges
• Weekly, Monthly & Annual reports with local markets and central teams

• Collaborate on GEO strategy with the SEO agency
• Follow LLMs & GenAI news to adapt the strategy
• Implement the strategy from a technical point of view
• Train the local teams on how to create content optimised for LLMs
• Follow KPIs & tracking tool recommendations

• Collaborate on SEO & GEO strategy for Italy with the SEO expert
• Animate monthly SEO meetings with local marketing team
• Analyse SEO & GEO KPIs and performance
• Define priorities with the SEO expert
• Ensure best practices and guidelines for SEO & GEO

• 5 years of minimum experience in SEO agency in an international environment
• BSc/BA in Marketing, Business, or related field
• Fluent in English
• Rigor and strong organizational skilled communicator and teaching skills, able to collaborate with different teams
• Business and priority oriented
• Strong analytical skills and ROI mindset
• Autonomy and responsiveness
• You are recognized for your firm understanding and expertise of:
  • Good understanding of e-commerce challenges
  • Current knowledge of SEO & GEO best practices technical and semantical is essential to this role.
  • Proven experience in SEO
  • Familiarity with relevant tools (e.g. SEMrush, Botify) and web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)
