At Brammibal's Donuts we're looking for a Shop Manager (gn) to join our retail team in Hamburg.

Moin Hamburg! Brammibal's Donuts is a growing vegan donut company originally from Berlin. We expanded to Hamburg end of September 2022. Now we operate our bakery in Altona and three cafés throughout Hamburg (Altona, Schanze, Gänsemarkt). Now we are looking for a new Shop Manager (gn) to join our mission and for a brand new Shop opening in Hamburg soon!

As Shop Manager (gn) you are in charge of the day-to-day running of your store, keeping a close eye on the financial performance, motivating and training your team to perform at a high level every day and most importantly lead by example.

Our teams always succeed in making our customers feel welcome and providing them with a warm and friendly experience. As part of our FOH Management team you are one of the faces of Brammibal's Donuts. Serving our customers with a big smile, helping them with your donut-expertise and brewing the most delicious cup of coffee and motivating your team to do the same is the most important part of your job.

We are specifically looking for a Shop Manager for our New Location at Überseequartier in Hafencity, part time possible.
You can expect a reply to your application after 17.03.2025.

You will:

1. Plan and order the donut quantities for your location
2. Be in charge of the inventory of your entire store
3. Make the monthly shift plan for your team based on your personnel budget
4. Train and onboard your new team members
5. Provide ongoing feedback and training to your existing team
6. Enforce work safety and hygiene rules as well as our high product and customer service standards
7. Participate in regular meetings with the Operations Team and your fellow Shop Managers
8. Be responsible for the staffing of your Shop in collaboration with our Operations Manager / General Manager and HR Team

About you:

1. Formal training or relevant experience in a leadership position within the restaurant/ hospitality/ tourism industry
2. You love customer service and go out of your way to make each customer feel special
3. A love for donuts! Knowing our product is key.
4. Experience with Speciality Coffee would be a plus
5. Ability to speak English, some German would be a plus
6. You are trustworthy, reliable and punctual
