What You Will Do:

• Manage and grow our global affiliate marketing program, utilizing proven expertise to ensure consistent revenue growth
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, applying deep knowledge of affiliate and online marketing to align strategies with broader business objectives
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with key affiliate partners, drawing on industry insights to drive innovative campaigns and partnerships
• Analyze performance data, using advanced expertise to optimize campaigns and maximize ROI
• Stay at the forefront of industry trends and emerging technologies, leveraging experience to identify new opportunities for growth and innovation

Preferred Background:

• Strategy & Program Management: Proven record in designing and executing affiliate marketing strategies and managing programs end-to-end.
• Partner Relationship Management: Skilled in building and maintaining strong affiliate relationships and driving innovative campaigns.
• Affiliate Networks & Tools: Familiarity with networks (e.g., Impact, CJ, Webgains) and tracking tools for effective campaign management.
• Industry Knowledge: Up-to-date on trends and emerging affiliate tech.
• Data Analysis & Optimization: Proficient in affiliate campaign analysis and ROI optimization using platforms like Google Analytics.
