Business Development Executive
Zusammenfassung
A recruitment agency is looking for a Business Development Executive to focus on expanding business within Europe. This remote position requires extensive experience in B2B development, especially in the Automotive sector. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and negotiation skills, along with business fluency in English. The role includes building relationships with clients and managing the sales process from lead generation to closing deals. Candidates must be eligible to work in Poland or Hungary.

- Minimum of 3 years of business development experience in the Automotive industry.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience in a Japanese working environment is beneficial.

- Develop new business in Europe through direct communication and networking.
- Successfully manage the full-cycle sales process from lead generation to closing.
- Build and maintain relationships with existing clients.
Kenntnisse
A Japanese parts manufacturer is currently recruiting a Business Development Executive in Poland or Hungary. This role would suit someone who has extensive experience of B2B business development in the Automotive industry.
Business level of fluency in English is required for this position.

- Develop new business in Europe through identifying prospective businesses by direct communication, face-to-face meetings, networking events, calling and emails
- Actively and successfully managing the full-cycle sales process : from lead generation to negotiations and closing deals
- Build and maintain relationships with existing clients and provide a high level of service
- 3+ years of business development experience in the Automotive industry is a must
- Excellent communication, influencing, negotiation, and presentation skills (verbal and written)
- Business fluency level of English
- Experience working within Japanese environment is a bonus
- Willing to travel in Europe
