Preparation and implementation of regular customer visits and continuous contact with decision makers.
Preparation of bids according to the type of offer (equipment, add-on, upgrade, service, spare parts, etc.).
Technical and commercial clarification of enquiries and projects, creation of 2D layout concepts, project costing, coordination of contractors.
Technical and commercial clarification of the contract with the customer, processing orders in the ERP system.
Cooperation with the project manager and other company team’s and coordination of service issues with customers.
Marketing activities, promotion and presentation of the employer at various events.
Social media activities in line with the employer's marketing and PR strategy.
Place of work: Home office, with regular travel to clients across Poland and occasional business trips to the headquarters in the Czech Republic or Germany.
Requirements
Completed university studies in mechanical engineering or secondary vocational education in a technical field.
Excellent communication and organizational skills and presentable behavior
Several years of relevant experience in industrial automation, test engineering, mechanical or electrical engineering, or technical sales.
Language: Polish (native), English or German (advanced)
IT skills (including MS Office, CRM/ ERP systems, communication tools, proficiency in 2D system CAD).
