Catawiki Collectables is looking for an experienced Key Account Manager to drive the DACH market. This role will be based in Germany working closely with the team lead and the rest of the sales team. The Key Account Manager plays a pivotal role in driving GMV growth from the existing seller portfolio. As a Key member, you will not only handle key account management responsibilities but also bring sales expertise into the team and coach other account managers, providing guidance and support to help them improve their performance. The Key Account Manager is an integral part of the Collectables Supercluster Sales team, reporting to the Team Lead and Sales Director.
You will conduct data analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges, and develop and implement strategies to capitalise on these insights. Utilising CRM tools to manage seller interactions, tracking performance metrics, and identifying opportunities for growth and improvement in the seller portfolio will be key. You will negotiate commercial terms and manage contracts with key accounts to ensure mutually beneficial agreements and long-term partnerships.
