A leading employee benefit solutions provider is seeking a Business Intelligence Data Analyst in Bremen, Germany. This role involves leading the development of analytics environments, designing reports, and delivering executive dashboards. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of experience in data analytics, proficient in Power BI, SQL, and ETL processes. We are currently hiring a Business Intelligence Data Analyst (f/m/d) to be based in Helsinki, Finland or Hamburg or Bremen, Germany (hybrid/flexible).
Lead the development of Epassi’s analytics environment and turn data into strategic insights that help shape financial, commercial and operational decisions. You will work closely with the FP&A Director, CFO and other senior leadership to design reports, centralise core datasets, automate analytics workflows and deliver executive‑grade dashboards that directly influence decisions that boost the wellbeing of millions of users.
