Descripción del empleo
Your Responsibilities
Design & build end-to-end product features across our Vue/TypeScript front-end and Node.js (or similar) back-end services.
Embed quality and reliability by writing unit, integration & contract tests, and adding telemetry (logs, metrics, traces).
Shape architecture & code reviews, to ensure efficient services and best practice based processes.
Collaborate closely with clinicians, product, and design to refine requirements, iterate on UX, and document decisions that meet compliance standards.
Participate in a sustainable on‑call rotation, improving runbooks and tooling, so incidents are rare and blameless.
3+ years professional experience delivering production software, including full‑stack or back‑end ownership of at least one customer‑facing feature.
Strong skills in one modern front‑end framework (Node.js + TypeScript preferred) and one back‑end language (Python, Go, Kotlin/Java, or similar)
Familiarity with API design (e.g. REST) and relational databases (e.g. PostgreSQL).
Practical experience with CI/CD pipelines and cloud deployment using IaC (e.g. Terraform or Pulumi).
Commitment to automated testing and observability (logs/metrics/traces).
(Bonus) Familiarity with medical software or healthcare data standards (e.g. FHIR)
