A leading energy firm in Berlin is seeking an experienced HR People Partner. This role is pivotal in advising managers and employees on local HR issues and implementing HR initiatives. You will coach managers, support employee engagement, and ensure compliance with local labor laws. Applicants should have a Bachelor's degree, strong HR experience, and excellent German skills. This full-time position is vital in fostering a positive corporate culture, with a focus on proactive support and problem-solving.
Depending on the number of employees at the location or in the country the position holder is the only HR resource at a location or in a country. The HR People Partner may thus have a large customer group at a large/complex location or smaller location. The HR People Partner is a central component of the employee experience the position holder empowers managers supports employees and implements HR initiatives where they are most important: on site. The role advises managers and employees on local HR issues offers regular coaching and support and provides competent advice on employee relations compliance with local laws and guidelines workforce planning and change initiatives. The work thus directly contributes to a positive inclusive and safe work culture and enables managers to lead confidently and clearly. With a strong focus on proactive support and problem-solving the position holder ensures that GEV employees feel heard supported and aligned for success daily.
