A leading logistics company in Ontario is seeking a Frontline Supervisor to manage operations and oversee a team of Cargo Handlers. This role involves leading daily sort operations while ensuring compliance with safety and government regulations. Candidates should have at least two years of relevant experience and possess strong mentoring and communication skills. This is an excellent opportunity for those who can inspire a shared vision and prioritize team success with a focus on safety and efficiency.
Qualifications
- 2 years experience in FedEx sort operations or supervisory role in related industry.
- Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
- Ability to prioritize and delegate in a time-sensitive manner.
Responsabilités
- Lead and guide employees in package handling and operations.
- Mentor and coach team members while ensuring compliance with policies.
- Address and resolve conflicts efficiently.
