The Role :

As a Sales Director, you will develop and execute a high-growth sales strategy across the region, build strong relationships with key partners, and lead high-performing sales initiatives. This role requires frequent travel across the USA, Canada, and South America, making a USA passport highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to drive revenue growth in the region.
2. Build and maintain strong partnerships with key decision-makers in direct sales, network marketing, or affiliate marketing.
3. Identify and acquire new customers, while strengthening relationships with existing clients.
4. Lead, mentor, and motivate a sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
5. Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize lead generation efforts.
6. Monitor market trends, sales performance, and competitor activity, adjusting strategies as needed.
7. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.

What We're Looking For :

1. Experience: 7+ years in direct sales, network marketing, or affiliate marketing, with 3+ years in a leadership role.
2. A demonstrable track record of driving sales growth and expanding market share.
3. An established network of contacts within the B2B SaaS industry.
4. Leadership & Strategy: Proven ability to lead sales teams, develop strategies, and drive market expansion.
5. A data-driven approach to sales strategy and performance analysis, leveraging data to inform decisions.
6. Language Skills: Fluency in English is essential; Spanish proficiency is highly desirable.
