At Orangetheory Fitness Nanaimo, we’re looking for a part-time sales associate to join our fast-growing studio. This role is perfect for someone who’s confident, outgoing, and passionate about fitness and community.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Greet everyone who walks through our doors with energy and enthusiasm
• Presenting the OTF concept to new guests and guiding them through their first visit
• Building relationships with members and ensuring they have an amazing experience
• Responsible for member retention through proactive member care phone calls
• Selling memberships and helping the studio thrive
• Engaging with our community both in-studio and online (social media experience is a plus!)
• Front desk operations, phone calls, and member inquiries
• Keeping the studio clean, organized, and welcoming
• Collaborating with our coaching team to create an outstanding member experience
