The Team You'll Work With
You’ll be joining our GTM Enablement Team. Their primary responsibilities revolve around equipping the Sales and Delivery teams with the necessary tools, resources, and knowledge to effectively communicate the value proposition, features, and benefits of the company's offerings to potential and current customers as well as support them throughout their customer lifecycle.
You’ll own key training & enablement initiatives that directly support our overall Company priority of delivering the best possible client experience. You’ll work closely with our Support Enablement Manager to ensure Support team members ramp into their new roles efficiently, setting them up for long term success at Carta.

As a Support Enablement Specialist, you’ll work to acclimate and train all new Support hires to effectively carry out their day-to-day tasks. You’ll empower them with the knowledge, skills, and confidence they need to address customer issues and questions in a timely, effective, and thoughtful manner so they can excel in their respective roles.
