ROLE DESCRIPTION:

The SAP Adoption Services Center (ASC) provides remote/onsite SAP consulting services to SAP customers. It is a global team with centers in EMEA, India, Greater China, North America, and Latin America. The Cloud ERP solution area of the ASC focuses on the S/4HANA product and drives the RISE with SAP Methodology for S/4HANA.

We are looking for a Senior SAP Business Process Consultant, experienced in MM or SD processes, with knowledge in SAP S/4HANA and master data handling in S/4HANA.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Drive or lead key roles in Professional Services engagements of SAP solutions as logistics business process expert.
• Advise customers on industry best practices in the required area of expertise.
• Support sales activities during the elaboration and evaluation of SAP Services project proposals.
• Support other activities outside of consulting/professional services as required.
• Contribute to internal global initiatives supporting SAP strategy.
• Participate in knowledge sharing and asset improvement.

EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS:

• Provide remote/onsite SAP consulting services on innovation products.
• Be involved in the preparation, design, realization, deployment, and support of customers’ projects.
• Conduct customer workshops to understand business process requirements.
• Configure customer requirements in SAP, prepare functional specifications, and support development teams.
• Conduct testing, training, and support during key project cycles.
• Support services sales activities as Subject Matter Expert.
• Serve as primary contact for innovation portfolio deployment.

QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

• Strong industry and SAP logistics consulting experience or experience in at least 4 full SAP E2E implementations.
• Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA in one logistics module, MM or SD.
• Expertise in handling master data in S/4HANA.
• Proficient in at least one Industry/LoB solution.
• Knowledge of Brazil Localization processes and SAP DRC solution for Brazil is a plus.
• Experience in working with SAP FIORI applications.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage client situations.
• Understanding of AGILE project methodology.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Mathematics, Physics, or similar.

LOCATION

São Leopoldo, Rio Grande do Sul, Brazil. Hybrid work.
