As a Content Analyst, you will be responsible for creating strategic content that strengthens VTEX's communication with its customers and the market. Your main mission will be to develop customer case studies, blog posts, eBooks, social media copy, and email content for CRM.
Additionally, it will be essential to ensure that VTEX's content is always up to date and that customers receive the best information about the company's products and solutions. Your work will have a special focus on SEO optimization, ensuring that each piece is relevant and well-positioned in search engines. You will also support press release validation and spokesperson training.
To succeed in this position, it is essential to have clear and effective communication, be organized, and take the initiative in automating content workflows. Experience with tools such as HubSpot and Semrush will be a plus.
