Job Description:

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced female Operation Theater Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate must hold a valid DHA License and possess 2 to 5 years of hands-on experience in operation theater procedures. As an integral part of our team, you will support surgical operations, ensuring efficiency and adherence to the highest standards of care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and maintain the operation theater environment for surgical procedures.
• Assist surgeons, anesthesiologists, and nurses during operations.
• Ensure sterilization and proper handling of surgical instruments and equipment.
• Operate and monitor specialized medical equipment during procedures.
• Manage surgical inventory, including stocking and replenishing supplies.
• Follow strict infection control and safety protocols.
• Maintain accurate documentation of procedures, equipment usage, and patient care.
• Provide pre- and post-operative support to the medical team.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Diploma/Certification in Operation Theater Technology or a related field.
• Valid DHA License (mandatory).
• 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in an operation theater setting.
• Strong knowledge of surgical instruments, sterilization techniques, and medical equipment.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and in a team environment.
• Commitment to maintaining patient safety and confidentiality.
