Cognita ENRICH ME Aquatics is dedicated to providing swimmers with a pathway for long-term success, focusing on developing skills, technique, efficiency, and race skills. We aim to deliver the best possible swimming provision within our Cognita Schools for our Cognita students.

We are seeking a passionate and skilled Development Coach to play a key role in the growth and success of our swim program. The Development Coach will be responsible for the day-to-day coaching and development of squad swimmers, working directly with school swim squads to refine techniques, enhance race skills, and promote long-term athlete growth. This role requires strong communication and relationship-building skills to engage effectively with parents, swimmers, and school staff. Additionally, the Development Coach will be expected to demonstrate excellent planning, organization, and administrative capabilities to support the overall success of the program.
