Regional Business Manager - Renewable Energy (MENA Region)

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with senior leadership to oversee regional sales, identify client needs, and deliver customized solutions to enhance market presence and customer satisfaction.
• Conduct in-depth analysis of regional market trends, competitor activities, and industry dynamics to provide actionable insights for strategic decision-making.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including international developers, overseas investment firms, and engineering contractors.
• Develop and implement targeted marketing plans and sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand market share.
• Lead regional branding and promotional efforts to strengthen the organization’s reputation and influence in the market.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in relevant fields.
• Minimum of 8-13 years of experience in overseas market development, preferably within the renewable energy (wind) sector.
• Proven track record of effectively leading and managing regional sales teams.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to navigate and thrive in cross-cultural environments effectively.
• Fluency in English is essential for international business communication.
