General Manager - Readymix Manufacturing

Tremix Dubai seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Manager to oversee our Readymix operations in UAE-Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, ensuring operational efficiency, and maintaining the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business objectives and drive growth in the Readymix sector.

• Oversee all aspects of the Readymix operations, including production, quality control, logistics, and customer service.

• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards, as well as health, safety, and environmental guidelines.

• Lead and mentor a team of professionals, providing guidance, support, and performance management to achieve operational excellence.

• Monitor financial performance, prepare budgets, and control costs to optimize profitability.

• Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, contractors, and regulatory authorities.

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, efficiency, and product quality.

• Stay updated with industry trends, market dynamics, and technological advancements to make informed business decisions.

Skills

• Proven experience as a General Manager or senior leadership role in the Readymix or construction industry.

• In-depth knowledge of Readymix operations, including production processes, quality standards, and supply chain management.

• Strong business acumen with a track record of driving revenue growth and achieving financial targets.

• Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse workforce.

• Solid understanding of regulatory requirements, health, safety, and environmental practices in the construction materials industry.

• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities to build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders.

• Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute business plans, and make data-driven decisions.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field. A master's degree or MBA would be a plus.

• Relevant professional certifications or memberships in industry associations would be an advantage.
