This role presents an exclusive opportunity for a seasoned General Manager, CEO, or a Doctor with strong business acumen to take charge of a well-established healthcare institution. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of managing and scaling family-owned hospitals in the UAE or GCC region, optimizing operational efficiency and implementing growth strategies that enhance patient care and profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership & Growth: Develop and implement a comprehensive roadmap for hospital expansion, franchise opportunities, and operational excellence.
Hospital Operations: Oversee daily management, ensuring seamless service delivery, regulatory compliance, and a high standard of patient care.
Financial Stewardship: Drive financial performance through effective budgeting, cost optimization, and P&L management.
Expansion & Market Positioning: Identify and execute strategies to scale the hospital's presence in the UAE and beyond.
Stakeholder & Investor Relations: Establish and maintain strong relationships with healthcare authorities, investors, and key industry stakeholders.

Requirements:
A medical background (preferably a doctor) with strong business acumen or a senior executive with extensive experience in hospital management.
A minimum of five years of executive leadership experience in the healthcare sector with a focus on hospital operations and strategic expansion.
A proven ability to manage and scale family-owned, mid-size, or boutique healthcare facilities within the UAE or GCC.
Strong financial and operational management expertise, including hands-on experience in budgeting, cost control, and revenue growth.
Fluency in English is required; Arabic proficiency is an advantage.
A strategic mindset with the ability to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities in the healthcare sector.
