Relocations Consultant – Part Time (Abu Dhabi)

Reporting to the Operations Manager in Dubai, this role calls for a Western Educated Client Services professional to join this expanding team. The company is well known in the region and is enjoying a period of steady growth.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Support the Account Manager in managing the client base by working in the field.
2. Assist clients in seeking new residential property, establishing schooling options, or showing them around Abu Dhabi.

Customer service excellence must be experienced by clients at all times, and the incumbent is responsible for ensuring this is the case on a continual basis. Attention to detail, accurate and efficient administrative support, and open communication are also essential components.

Qualifications:

1. Expatriate knowledge is required; relocation experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
2. Preferential consideration for candidates with experience in airlines, hospitality, or customer service.
3. At least three years of local knowledge is required.

This role is best suited to a lady on her husband’s sponsorship who is looking for flexibility and part-time work. She may work flexible days but may on occasion need to work a full day in tune with the clients' demands and needs.
