The Behavioral Therapist is responsible for assessing, diagnosing, and treating individuals with behavioral and psychological disorders. They will develop and implement therapeutic interventions, conduct behavioral assessments, and provide counseling to clients. Responsibilities

1. Assess, diagnose, and develop treatment plans for individuals with behavioral and psychological disorders.
2. Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions to improve clients' behaviors and functioning.
3. Conduct behavioral assessments and collect data to evaluate treatment progress.
4. Provide counseling and support to individuals and their families.
5. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as psychologists and psychiatrists, to coordinate care.
6. Document all assessments, interventions, and treatment plans.
7. Stay up-to-date on the latest research and developments in behavioral therapy.
8. Provide training and education to clients and their families on coping strategies and behavior management techniques.

Minimum Requirements

1. Master's degree in psychology, counseling, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 3 years of experience as a behavioral therapist.
3. Strong knowledge of behavioral therapy techniques and interventions.
4. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
