• Perform detailed assessments and evaluations to design customized radiation treatment plans for patients with cancer.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Administer radiation therapies and continuously monitor and adjust treatment based on patient responses.
• Educate patients and their families on treatment processes, addressing any concerns with clarity and compassion.
• Maintain meticulous records of patient treatment plans and outcomes, complying with all healthcare regulations.
• Participate in clinical research and quality improvement initiatives to contribute to the advancement of radiation oncology.
• Keep abreast of the latest innovations and advancements in radiation oncology technology.

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) from an accredited institution
• Board certification in Radiation Oncology is mandatory
• Valid medical license to practice in the state
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in a clinical radiation oncology environment
• Expertise in radiation therapy planning and delivery systems
• Exceptional communication skills, with a focus on patient-centered care
• Able to work effectively in a collaborative team environment
• Commitment to ongoing education and professional growth
• Fluency in English; proficiency in other languages is a plus
