In this vital role, you will provide expert care to patients undergoing radiation therapy as part of their cancer treatment. You will be responsible for assessing patient, developing customized treatment plans, and overseeing the administration of radiation therapies, ensuring that our patients receive cutting-edge and compassionate care.

• Conduct thorough evaluations and consultations to determine appropriate radiation oncology treatments.
• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care and treatment effectiveness.
• Administer radiation therapies, continuously monitoring patients for side effects and adjusting treatment protocols as needed.
• Educate patients and their families about treatment plans, addressing any concerns and providing emotional support.
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records to comply with healthcare regulations and standards.
• Participate in ongoing clinical research initiatives to stay at forefront of radiation oncology advancements.
• Engage in professional development to enhance skills and knowledge within the field.

• M.D. or D.O. degree from an accredited medical institution
• Board certification in Radiation Oncology is mandatory
• A valid medical license to practice in the state
• At least 5 years of relevant clinical experience preferred
• Strong understanding of radiation therapy technologies and patient management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to ongoing education and professional growth
• Proficient in English; additional languages are a plus
