Job summary
A leading engineering firm in the United Arab Emirates is seeking an experienced engineer with a B.Sc. in Engineering for a role in offshore construction. The position requires 5 years of relevant experience and proficiency in English, coupled with strong report writing and communication skills. Responsibilities include executing mobilization plans, compiling documentation, and training junior engineers. This is an opportunity for committed team players who are willing to work both onshore and offshore.
Qualifications
- 5 years of experience in offshore construction required.
- Fluency in English is necessary.
- Willingness to work both onshore and offshore.
Responsibilities
- Review and execute mobilization plan.
- Compile project documentation and issues work packages.
- Coordinate activities with other departments.
- Conduct material control and expediting tasks.
- Liaise with clients and subcontractors.

Responsibilities
- Reviews and executes mobilization plan.
- Compiles project documentation.
- Co-ordinates activities between departments and other groups.
- Compiles & issues work packages.
- Material control and expediting.
- Execution of specialized activities.
- Client & sub-contract liaison.
- Compliance in accordance with HSE Standard.
- Assist senior engineers., Proj. Mgr., Section Head.
- Trains and oversees junior engineers.
- Coordinates with Engineering Department.
- Ensures completion of all project field documentation.
Qualifications
- B.Sc. Engineering.
- 5 year’s experience in offshore construction
- English.
- Report writing skills.

- Willingness to work onshore & offshore.
- Knowledge of personnel and equipment.
- Thorough understanding of offshore operations.
