Responsibilities

- Manage purchasing activities, inventory planning, and overall office efficiency.
- Ensure all operational procedures comply with legal, regulatory, and company standards.
- Define and execute strategic and operational objectives to support business growth.
- Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial performance tracking.
- Implement quality control measures and monitor key production and performance indicators.
- Lead, train, and support new staff to ensure strong onboarding and operational excellence.
