Job summary
A luxury hotel in Dubai is seeking a professional driver to provide transportation services to guests and management. The role requires a valid driver's license, a clean driving record, and 2–3 years of experience in hospitality. Key responsibilities include maintaining vehicle cleanliness, assisting with luggage, ensuring timely pickups and drop-offs, and maintaining logs for mileage and fuel. Excellent communication and customer service skills are essential, along with flexibility for shift work.
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Minimum 2–3 years of driving experience in a luxury hotel or similar hospitality environment.
- Knowledge of local routes and traffic patterns.
Responsibilities
- Provide professional and courteous transportation services to guests, VIPs, and hotel management.
- Maintain cleanliness and good condition of hotel vehicles.
- Assist guests with loading/unloading luggage.
- Ensure timely pickups and drop-offs to airports, meetings, or tourist destinations.
- Maintain a logbook for mileage, fuel consumption, and route records.
Skills
Provide professional and courteous transportation services to guests, VIPs, and hotel management.

Knowledge of local routes and traffic patterns.
Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation.
Fluent in English; additional language(s) is a plus.
Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
Well-groomed and professional appearance.
