We are looking to hire Registered Nurses with a DOH/HAAD License for one of our clients, a well-established Private Medical Center in Al Ain.

Role Purpose:
The purpose of this role is to deliver high-quality health and personal care services to patients in a professional, efficient, and courteous manner, ensuring their wellbeing and comfort throughout their treatment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess patient care requirements by establishing a personal rapport with patients and their families, ensuring a clear understanding of their care needs.
• Provide emotional, psychological, and spiritual support to patients, friends, and families, fostering a compassionate environment.
• Promote patient independence by setting care goals, educating patients, and teaching them self-care skills and medication management.
• Ensure the highest standard of care by adhering to therapeutic practices, assessing health outcomes, and making adjustments where necessary in line with hospital policies and nursing standards.

Experience:

• 3+ years of experience in nursing.
• Prior experience as a dental registered nurse is preferred.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• DOH/HAAD License (mandatory).
• BSc in Nursing or equivalent nursing diploma.
• Excellent knowledge of nursing care methods, emergency care, and health and safety guidelines (sanitation, decontamination, etc.).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Compassionate, responsible, and patient-focused approach to care.
• Proven ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a team player mentality.
