As we expand our brand presence, we are looking for a creative, trend-savvy, and detail-oriented Videographer & Photographer to bring our fashion storytelling to life through high-quality content.

Role Overview

We’re looking for a fashion-forward visual storyteller who can create high-impact photo and video content for Wear That’s marketing campaigns, social media, website, and advertising channels. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, understands the nuances of fashion photography and videography, and can capture engaging visuals that resonate with our audience and drive conversions.

Key Responsibilities

Photography

• Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality fashion imagery for campaigns, e-commerce, and social media.
• Capture on-brand product and lifestyle photography that aligns with Wear That’s aesthetic.
• Direct and execute studio and on-location shoots, ensuring lighting, composition, and styling enhance the final result.
• Maintain an organized photo library for marketing and editorial use.

Videography

• Conceptualize, shoot, and edit high-performing video content for multiple platforms (Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube, Ads, Website, Linkedin, Snapchat).
• Create dynamic behind-the-scenes, campaign, influencer, and testimonial videos that showcase Wear That’s brand experience.
• Ensure smooth, high-quality editing, color grading, and sound design to enhance storytelling.
• Work closely with the marketing team to bring brand and product narratives to life through video.
• Work closely with the Stylists to get in-house content.

Creative & Strategy

• Stay up-to-date with the latest fashion photography & videography trends, ensuring Wear That remains ahead of the curve.
• Collaborate with stylists, models, and the marketing team to craft visually stunning content that aligns with seasonal trends and campaign objectives.
• Storyboard and pitch new creative ideas for shoots and video content that increase engagement and conversions.
• Ensure all visuals adhere to the brand’s creative direction and identity.

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in fashion photography & videography (agency, brand, or freelance).
• A strong portfolio showcasing fashion, editorial, and lifestyle photography/videography.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Final Cut Pro.
• Experience working with studio lighting, natural lighting, and retouching techniques.
• Skilled in short-form video editing (Reels, TikTok) and social-first content creation.
• Ability to direct models and influencers to achieve the best aesthetic.
• Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to handle multiple shoots and deadlines.
• Experience working with UGC and influencer content.
• Experience on ecommerce photoshoot.
• Previous experience in a fashion brand, styling agency, or e-commerce brand.
