Contract Type: Full-time, Permanent

Start Date: As soon as possible

1. Monitor infrastructure health: servers, storage, virtual machines (VMs), containers, and services.
2. Handle incidents and service requests received on helpdesk.
3. Perform routine maintenance, patching, and updates for both Windows and Linux systems.
4. Ensure backup integrity and perform restoration activities when necessary.
5. Maintain up-to-date documentation for standard procedures and troubleshooting guides.

1. Manage and support Linux (RHEL, Ubuntu) and Windows Server/Desktop (10/11) environments.
2. Administer user accounts, Active Directory (AD), Group Policies (GPOs), and system security.
3. Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, operating system, and application-level issues.
4. Maintain file servers, shared folders, and endpoint security tools.

1. Operate and maintain VMware vSphere environments (vCenter, ESXi).
2. Support container workloads on Red Hat OpenShift: deployment, monitoring, log analysis.
3. Provision and manage virtual machines, templates, and snapshots.

1. Provide operational support across Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), and Amazon AWS.
2. Assist with provisioning, monitoring, and maintaining cloud-based services and resources.
3. Participate in hybrid cloud operations and support automation/migration initiatives.

1. Use scripting (PowerShell, Bash, Python) to automate recurring administrative tasks.
2. Monitor infrastructure with tools like Zabbix, Prometheus, Grafana, Nagios, or cloud-native alternatives.
3. Configure alerts and build proactive response workflows for issue resolution.

1. Collaborate on configuring firewalls, VPNs, VLANs, and core network services (DNS, DHCP).
2. Support vulnerability management, patching, and security policy enforcement.
3. Help implement endpoint protection solutions and assist with audits or compliance checks.

1. 5+ years of experience as a System Administrator or in an IT Operations role.
2. Proficient in managing Linux and Windows Server/Desktop environments.
3. Practical experience with VMware vSphere and at least one cloud provider (Azure, GCP, or AWS).
4. Strong understanding of core networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, VLANs, VPN).
5. Ability to write and use scripts in PowerShell, Bash, or Python for automation.

1. Experience with Red Hat OpenShift or Kubernetes environments.
2. Familiarity with automation tools like Ansible or Terraform.
3. Exposure to enterprise backup solutions (e.g., Veeam, Commvault).
4. Relevant certifications: VCP, RHCSA, Azure Administrator Associate, or similar.
