Systems Administrator

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Systems Administrator to manage and maintain our IT infrastructure in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, configuring, and troubleshooting servers, networks, and IT systems to ensure smooth and secure operations.
Key Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and maintain Windows/Linux servers, networks, and IT infrastructure.
• Monitor system performance and ensure high availability and reliability.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls.
• Perform regular system updates, backups, and security patches.
• Implement and maintain cybersecurity measures to protect company data.
• Maintain cloud services, virtualization, and storage solutions.
• Coordinate with vendors and IT teams for system upgrades and support.
• Document IT processes, configurations, and troubleshooting steps.
• Provide technical support and training to employees when needed.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience as a Systems Administrator or in a similar role (UAE experience preferred).
• Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Linux, Active Directory, and network protocols.
• Experience with virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V), cloud services (AWS, Azure), and cybersecurity.
• Proficiency in backup and disaster recovery solutions.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple IT projects and work under pressure.
• Relevant IT certifications such as MCSE, CCNA, CompTIA, or AWS (preferred).
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
