Senior Oracle HCM Techno-Functional Consultant
Job summary
A leading financial institution is seeking an Oracle HCM Techno Functional Consultant to support HR users and deliver technical solutions across Oracle Cloud. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience, strong technical skills including HCM Extracts and Fast Formulas, and the ability to lead implementations. Proficiency in communication is essential, with knowledge of banking as an advantage. This role offers the opportunity to work on multiple projects in a dynamic environment.
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in HCM Extracts, Fast Formulas, and Data Migration.
- Ability to lead a team of consultants for implementation projects.
- Excellent command of English, Arabic is an advantage.
Responsibilities
- Support HR users with day-to-day activities and report building.
- Deliver a wide range of technical solutions across the Oracle Cloud suite.
- Work on multiple projects and deliver technical tasks.
