A full-time female clinic receptionist is required for a holistic health center. The ideal candidate must be fluent in English and possess strong communication and interpersonal skills. She should have a warm and welcoming demeanor, demonstrating empathy and patience in all interactions. The ability to multitask and handle stressful situations calmly is essential. Prior experience in the healthcare industry is a must.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Attend to phone calls and manage the appointment calendar efficiently.
2. Handle billing and basic accounting tasks.
3. Assist therapists with verbal English/Arabic translation for patients who do not speak English.
4. Ensure a clean and organized reception area.
5. Provide exceptional customer service to all patients, addressing their concerns and ensuring a pleasant experience.
6. Exhibit excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
7. Demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities and adaptability.
8. Collaborate effectively with the healthcare team to improve patient care.

Requirements:

1. Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
2. Previous experience in the healthcare industry.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and basic accounting.
4. Must be a people's person with a positive attitude and excellent communication skills.
5. Ability to work Saturdays and flexible hours: 2 weeks a month at 5 days working, the remaining 2 weeks at 6 days working, with 9-hour shifts daily.
