The Circle Convention Center features over 2800 square meters of flexible meeting and event space and can accommodate up to 1500 guests.

Your tasks:

• Independent management of a service station during the early, mid, and late shifts.
• Expert advice for guests on food and drinks.
• Acceptance of orders taking into account special requests and allergies.
• Active sales and recommendations of food and drinks.
• Proper cash management and accounting.
• Compliance with hygiene and quality standards according to Hyatt specifications.
• Guest service in room service and market.
• Participation in meetings and training sessions for further development.

Your profile:

• Experience in the service sector is an advantage.
• Enjoyment of guest contact and working in a team.
• Reliability, professionalism and flexibility.
• Confident handling of cash register systems (e.g. Infrasys) is an advantage.
• Very good knowledge of German and English.
