A technology services company in Abu Dhabi is looking for a skilled IT professional to support desktop operating systems, manage Active Directory, and leverage Microsoft 365 applications. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in a computer stream and has over 8 years of experience in relevant technical roles. This position requires proficiency in diagnosing hardware/software issues, managing Exchange Online, and supporting user mailboxes. - Proficiency in Active Directory and Microsoft 365 applications.

Education
Bachelor’s Degree in any computer stream (3-4 Yrs)

- Strong knowledge of desktop operating systems (Windows 10/11, MacOS)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other common software applications
- Experience with Active Directory, remote desktop tools, and ticketing systems
- Ability to diagnose hardware and software issues and recommend solutions
- Proficiency in Active Directory and Group Policy management and troubleshooting
- Knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications and services, including Exchange Online, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, and Office applications
- Ability to manage Exchange Online, user mailboxes, and distribution groups
