What You Will Do
We are looking for a talented and versatile Brand Designer to join our growing team. This role will be instrumental in shaping the corporate brand identity of EMB Mission Bound while also supporting the creative needs of our business units. The ideal candidate will have a passion for brand storytelling and be experienced in crafting compelling visual assets for social media, web, and print. If you have a keen eye for design, a strategic

Key Responsibilities
Lead global brand strategy development, ensuring consistent expression across all markets while maintaining sensitivity to cultural nuances in Asia, Europe, and other international regions.
Collaborate with cross-cultural teams to evolve the group's unified brand identity, drawing on previous experience with international luxury or premium brands.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis across diverse international markets to identify brand positioning opportunities that resonate authentically with local consumers while maintaining the group's cohesive global brand vision.
Develop and maintain a cohesive brand identity for EMB Mission Bound and its business units, ensuring consistency across all platforms and communications.
Design and produce marketing materials, presentations, reports, and branded content for internal and external use.
Create engaging visual assets for social media, website, email campaigns, and digital advertisements.
Design and oversee the production of print materials, including brochures, posters, event branding, and promotional materials.
Collaborate with marketing, product, and leadership teams to develop creative strategies that align with business objectives.
Ensure that all creative work adheres to brand guidelines while evolving the brand's visual language as needed.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines while maintaining high design standards.
Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging design tools to keep our creative output innovative and competitive.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in brand design, graphic design, or visual identity creation, preferably in a fast-paced or tech-driven environment.
Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in branding, digital design, and print materials.
Proficiency in Figma & Adobe Creative Suite and other relevant design tools.
Experience designing for social media, web, and digital marketing campaigns.
Ability to translate business goals into compelling visual storytelling.
Strong attention to detail, creativity, and a passion for innovation.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to take feedback and iterate on designs effectively.
Knowledge of motion graphics, UI/UX, or video editing is a plus.
