YOUR ROLE: WEBSITE PROJECT EXECUTIVE

You’re the glue between the client and the creative.

The organiser. The translator. The calm in the chaos.

As a Website Project Executive , you’ll lead the charge in bringing digital ideas to life. You’ll turn conversations into roadmaps, briefs into outcomes, and client visions into real working websites.

You don’t just move projects forward — you make sure they move in the right direction.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Run onboarding meetings with clients to gather insights, scope needs, and offer ideas that sharpen the vision.
• Break down complex goals into simple, actionable steps for the creative and dev teams.
• Manage timelines, milestones, and communication so everyone stays aligned.
• Track project progress and flag roadblocks early — before they become actual problems.
• Conduct UAT and support clients post-launch with training and handovers.
• Keep detailed documentation for internal use and quality assurance.
• Strengthen our internal systems — if there’s a better way to work, you’ll help us find it.
• Build trust with clients by being responsive, honest, and solutions-driven.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• You’ve got strong communication skills and aren’t afraid to speak up in a room (or Zoom).
• You’re organised and detail-oriented — juggling tasks doesn’t scare you.
• You can handle tight timelines, shifting priorities, and still keep your cool.
• You’re proactive, independent, and solution-minded.
• You get how creative and technical teams think, and you can speak both languages.
• You have experience with WordPress, Elementor, Figma, or project tools like Notion/ClickUp.
• Extra brownie points if you’re passionate about web design, UI/UX, or digital strategy.
