Brew Crew Opportunity

The Global Head of Supply Chain develops and executes supply chain strategies with excellence. This role is responsible for Customer Service Excellence, Cost & Cash Flow, Quality, and Building Organizational Capability.

You will lead planning, global logistics, and fulfilment to ensure seamless product availability across markets. You will collaborate closely with franchising, finance, general management, and marketing to align supply chain strategies with broader business objectives, enabling scalability and sustained growth. Additionally, you will optimize distribution and transportation planning while managing global import/export logistics to improve efficiency, cost-effectiveness and build supply resilience in an evolving marketplace.

As a key member of the Global Brew Crew Leadership Team, you will contribute to The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf’s overall business strategy, execution, and culture. You will directly oversee a team of professionals responsible for Planning, Logistics, Quality Assurance and Customer Service.

This position is based at the Singapore headquarters and works closely with global teams, including across the Americas. The role reports directly to the CEO.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

• Strategic Supply Chain Leadership: Provide strategic leadership and vision for the supply chain function, guiding manufacturing, and distribution processes to drive operational excellence and support the company’s overall growth and market objectives.
• People, Organization, & Culture: Lead and partner across the function and organization to develop capabilities, cultivate a high-performing and developmental culture, and measure success through team engagement and performance metrics.
• Build Org and Franchise Capability: Develop and implement a comprehensive CBTL Franchisor Organization/Capability Blueprint, fostering a high-performance culture through aligned goals and the execution of the engagement Plan, while ensuring seamless integration of global and local ways of working.
• Supply Chain Logistics Optimization: Design and optimize an efficient supply chain network by implementing robust Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) and developing effective logistics solutions, leveraging third-party logistics (3PL) and fourth-party logistics (4PL) partnerships.
• Quality & Sustainability: Establish and implement supplier quality standards and sustainability strategies to ensure the highest levels of product quality and environmental responsibility across the supply chain.
• Manage Global Trade Compliance: Steer the organization’s supply chain within a dynamic global trade environment. Anticipate and navigate evolving international trade laws, import/export regulations, and geopolitical shifts to safeguard operational resilience and business continuity. Design and implement forward-thinking supply network that optimize duty structures, tariffs, and trade agreements while driving a culture of compliance and adaptability to enhance the Enterprise's competitive advantage in the global landscape.

Your Ingredients

• B.S. degree in engineering, supply chain or equivalent
• Advanced degree in business, e.g. MBA with a concentration in supply chain/ logistics is preferred
• Minimum 15 years’ experience in supply chain leadership capacity with demonstrated mastery in planning
• Preferred background across operations in global/regional fulfilment
• Proven success building and leading cross-cultural teams across the globe
• Experience Leading system and supply chain transformation
• Effective interpersonal and people management skills to provide strong leadership and ensure high staff productivity
• Experience partnering and collaborating with global teams to drive cross-functional initiatives
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to work effectively with members and foster business development
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally
