Job Description Summary
This role will be joining the PIVC Platform as part of the Value Chain Excellence team in Medication Delivery Solutions (MDS). Reporting to the Senior Manager, PIVC and AAD Value Chain Excellence, this role provides management of the portfolio of Cost Excellence programs & projects for the Peripheral Intervention and Vascular Care (PIVC). The primary focus of this role is identifying and implementing cost reduction capabilities and strategies across the platform, developing the rolling pipeline of programs & projects that stabilize & improve product costs while maintaining or improving product quality & the customer experience. Projects may include improvements to product designs, materials, architecture, supply chain, or manufacturing processes.

This role will have responsibility for identifying Cost Excellence programs across the network, collaborating with all functions and regions of the PIVC business (Regional Business, Procurement, Operations, Quality, R&D, Medical, Regulatory, Marketing, Sales, and Supply Chain) and evolving ideas through the pipeline to assure projects are developed to meet cost targets, approved by the business to meet BD requirements and GP goals. The selected candidate will provide oversight and reporting of program progress and financial analysis to senior management & the MDS leadership team.
