Reporting to the People and Culture Partner APAC, this role is to oversee all aspects of human resources across multiple locations in Asia Pacific, ensuring a positive work environment and the effective management of personnel to support the regional growth and strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the recruitment process, including creating job postings, screening candidates, conducting interviews, and coordinating offers.
- Provide support for the salary review and bonus allocation process.
- Oversee the administration of employee benefit programs, ensuring timely and high-quality execution. Serve as the primary point of contact for benefit-related inquiries and support employees with coverage adjustments and issue resolution.
- Support the design and execution of competitive total rewards programs that align with the employee value proposition.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employee queries, providing guidance on HR policies, procedures, and workplace concerns.
- Address and resolve employee relations matters in collaboration with the P&C Partner, ensuring fairness and consistency.
- Manage the HR ticketing system, maintaining proactive communication and ensuring timely resolution of employee issues.
- Maintain and update HR systems and databases, ensuring accurate employee records and compliance with data protection standards.
- Prepare and analyze HR metrics and reports to inform decision-making and improve HR practices.
- Ensure HR practices and policies align with local labor laws and organizational standards.
- Conduct regular audits of HR processes to ensure compliance with workplace safety, labor regulations, and internal policies.
- Manage compliance-related reporting, including participation in company surveys and external audits.
- Develop and implement HR policies in line with business and regulatory requirements.
- Facilitate onboarding processes for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
- Oversee offboarding procedures, including exit interviews and the processing of final documentation.
- Assist with performance management processes and coordinating training programs.
- Oversee and coordinate office administration for multi-countries in APAC.
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
- A bachelor’s degree or above.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a generalist human resources role.
- Knowledge of labor laws in multi-countries of Asia Pacific, e.g. Singapore, Thailand, Indonesia, Philippines etc.
- Experienced in data management in HR system, like SAGE.
- General knowledge on compensation and benefits.
- General knowledge on skills analysis, training planning and talent development.
- Leadership within scope: action-oriented and proactive, with a proven ability to take ownership of initiatives, ensure timely implementation, and deliver high-quality outcomes; positive attitude towards challenges and embraces change with initiative and self-motivation.
