- Preparing and serving a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks
- Assisting with food preparation and presentation, ensuring all menu items meet our high standards
- Providing friendly and attentive customer service, anticipating and responding to customer needs
- Maintaining a clean and organised work environment, including regular cleaning and restocking duties
- Collaborating with the team to deliver a seamless customer experience
- Adhering to all health, safety, and hygiene regulations
- Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role, preferably in a cafe or restaurant setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and approachable manner
