• Craft and serve quality coffee and beverages with care and consistency.
• Deliver warm, attentive hospitality to every customer.
• Support daily café operations — from taking orders and handling POS to maintaining a clean and welcoming space.
• Work closely with your team to ensure smooth service flow and uphold brand standards.
• Participate in coffee tastings and training to grow your knowledge and skills continuously.
• Any other duties assigned by the manager.

• Genuine passion for coffee and service.
• Team player with a positive attitude and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to handle peak-hour operations.
• Previous barista or café experience is a plus, but we’re open to passionate learners.
