What you'l be doing
Develop and implement sales strategies to acquire new clients and expand the company's customer base
Identify and capitalise on new business opportunities, including the development of innovative online and experiential products and services
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their evolving needs and delivering tailored solutions
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services to clients
Analyse market trends, competitor activity and customer feedback to inform the company's strategic decision-making
Lead, motivate and develop a high-performing sales and business development team
Contribute to the overall growth and profitability of the business
What we're looking for
Significant experience (8+ years) in a senior sales or business development role, preferably within the online or experiential industries
Proven track record of successfully driving revenue growth and expanding client portfolios
Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders
Strategic mindset with the capacity to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to inform decision-making
Demonstrated leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and develop high-performing teams
Degree in Business, Marketing or a related field, or equivalent experience
