Responsible for all Patek Philippe sales and training activities in Asia Pacific region (KOR, AUS, NZL).
Drive the achievement of sales & marketing KPI’s for the various markets.
Act as Ambassador to Patek Philippe.
Work closely with the authorized retailers and conduct frequent meetings with the operations and retail team.
To achieve the set annual objectives. Organize bi-annual business reviews.
Implement the agreed annual objectives as set in Objective Letters and Brilliance Scorecard Project. Regular follow-up and review meetings to be organized throughout the year. Constant contact with the market required in order to keep a tight control on the distribution network and ensure these are observed.
Ensure all commercial directives are adhered to (pricing, discount policy, grey market, stock inventories, forecasts, coop advertisement spending, etc.)
Correspond with retailers on any commercial and sales issue.
Plan sales forecast, allocations and monitor sell-in.
Provide brand and product information, pricing issues and closely keep control of discount in POS.
Validate and conduct yearly POS evaluation report.
Work together with the trade marketing team to execute on agreed renovations/expansions to consistently position Patek Philippe as one of the top 2 brands in all stores where we are present.
Oversee and manage the training strategy and effort for Patek Philippe in Asia Pacific region (KOR, AUS, NZL).
Represent Patek Philippe where required, in activities organized by the brand.
Collaborate with marketing on execution of institutional events across the region.
Requirements:
University degree and/or Business School.
Minimum 6 years’ experience in a similar position with a luxury/premium brand.
Proven experience in managing a team and retail partners.
Possessing analytical and numerical skills with good command of written communication.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Ability to manage budget efficiently and accurately.
Strong interest for our products and their technical aspects. Able to understand and communicate their specific traits.
