Sales Manager

We are looking for a Sales Manager to lead our sales team and help grow our business by selling air conditioning, refrigeration, and ventilation systems to commercial clients, including restaurants and kitchens. In this role, you will manage all aspects of the sales process—from finding new clients to completing projects. You will work closely with our technical team to ensure customer needs are met and provide excellent after-sales support to maintain long-lasting relationships with clients.

Specific Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement sales strategies for ACMV system installation and maintenance.
2. Lead and train the sales team to meet targets and provide excellent customer service.
3. Build strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
4. Manage the entire sales process, from finding new clients to closing deals and working with the technical team for successful project completion.
5. Monitor market trends, customer feedback, and competitors to find new business opportunities and adjust sales strategies.
6. Track sales performance and provide feedback to improve results.
7. Provide after-sales support to resolve any issues and ensure customer satisfaction.

Skills:

1. Sales experience, preferably in HVAC, refrigeration, or ventilation.
2. Experience in business, sales, engineering, or similar fields, or relevant experience in the ACMV industry.
3. Good knowledge of ACMV and HVAC systems, including installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting in commercial settings.
4. Strong negotiation and sales skills, with great communication abilities to lead and train the team.
5. Good at problem-solving and managing projects, with the ability to quickly address client issues.
