Commercial Manager

Responsibilities:

1. Discover and implement growth strategies that boost financial success
2. Report to the commercial director on the current commercial strategy and how to improve them effectively
3. Oversee the performance and nudge the commercial team in the right direction
4. Conduct market research to understand and adapt innovative trends as a global commercial manager
5. Monitor branding and marketing initiatives to improve the commercial success of the business
6. Support the various department teams of the business to achieve the commercial targets, keeping in mind KPIs and ROIs
7. Other tasks as assigned by management.

Requirements:

1. Degree in Business Administration, finance or economics or equivalent.
2. At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in Regional Rail Transport industry is required for this position.
3. Required language(s): English, Mandarin fluency in written and spoken (to coordinate with the Chinese speaking client, supplier, contractor etc.)
4. Required skill(s): MS Office.
5. Comfort in a fast-paced or high-pressure environment.
6. Willingness to travel.
