We are looking for a Software Solution Architect to play the pivotal role of leading our team of dedicated fullstack developers. You will lead the charge in managing the development, deployment and maintenance of an in-house developed network security solution and drive technological excellence.

Requirements

• Design and oversee the deployment of on-premises applications as well as cloud hosted services.
• Lead the design of client-side and server-side architecture, which includes architectural/technical design, technical prototyping, development, and reviews.
• Collaborate, communicate and negotiate technical solutions and architectural designs, with diverse stakeholders.
• Be the subject matter expert for our in-house developed network security solution and drive technical work and integration efforts.
• Lead the development and implementation of product features, enhancements, and new releases to fulfil user and business requirements.
• Understand user requirements and recommend how the product could be deployed effectively in their environment.
• Provide technical mentorship to the team and lead technical consultancy for on-site support and maintenance.
• Stay abreast of related emerging technologies and industry trends, as well as recent developments in the software development and network security solution space.
  

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
• At least 8 years of hands-on experience in developing modern web apps using JavaScript/Java/Python or relevant experience in a software development team where the product goes into production.
• Proven ability to lead and mentor a team, demonstrating effective communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience in full stack deployment of web applications and designing RESTful API.
• Familiarity with agile SCRUM methodologies.
• Track record of leading development and productionizing successful software systems.
• Proficiency in Java Spring Boot, ReactJS (knowledge of VueJS is a bonus), Python, and Shell scripting.
• Experience in the following would be a bonus: Elasticsearch, Kibana, threat hunting, Snort, Arkime, system hardening, networking, Docker, CI/CD pipelines, Git and designing/implementing microservices architecture.
