Singtel x Singapore Institute of Technology have embarked on a Work-Study Programme (WSP) launched in Feb 2023. The WSP is called “The Catalyst Programme” which is a structured on-the-job (OJT) development WSP that allows Polytechnic Diploma holders to secure a full-time position with Singtel while pursuing a university honours degree in Applied Computing. This programme is open to Singtel’s internal employees as well as external polytechnic diploma holders preferably from the ICT domain. Non-ICT diploma holders are encouraged to apply as well. In line with building capability in Singapore ICT sector this program will develop & groom talent over a 3-year period completing micro-credentials for each module which eventually stack-up to an honours degree in Applied Computing. Responsibilities
Analyze and translate business requirements into comprehensive technical solutions that align with AI solution and GPU cloud platform.
Design and implement architecture AI solution and GPU cloud platform based on business needs and industry best practices.
Manage relationships and expectations with key stakeholders and clients in the AI domain.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, product managers, and technical teams to align on solution objectives and priorities.
Lead technical workshops and discussions to align architecture vision with business goals.
Ensure architecture solutions are optimized for performance and scalability in GPU cloud environments and guide best practice architecture for AI solution and GPU cloud.
Ensure compliance with security, performance, and regulatory standards throughout the solution lifecycle.
Requirements
Diploma or degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
Understanding of architecture principles and cloud services.
Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills in English.
Experience in stakeholder management and client engagement.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle complex technical challenges.
Possesses a foundational technical background to learn and actively contribute to the design of scalable, secure, and high-performance architectures across GPU cloud for AI solution, working collaboratively under the guidance of senior members.
